Posted: 02/01/13 09:02

On the heels of a record breaking 2012, The Central Nebraska Regional Airport in Grand Island is seeking airline proposals to fly to Florida. The Grand Island Independent is reporting the requests went out this week and offers incentive packages to airlines willing to offer twice-a-week flights starting on or before December 1st. The airport had a record-breaking year in 2012, serving 56,000 passengers more than 4,000 higher than the previous passenger record set in 1980.
