Fog and icy roads lead to accidents|
Early morning fog and slick roads are to blame for multiple accidents across south central Nebraska yesterday. North of Juniata, The Nebraska State Patrol and Adams County sheriffs office responded to a train/car collision on Alda Road. The Adams County Sherrifs office reports that 16 year old Cassidy Wormstadt of Juniata slid into the train, the vehicle was than dragged approximately 50 yards before the Wormstadt was ejected from the car. She was transported to Mary Lanning, before being transported to Bryan West. Wormstadt was last listed in critical condition. The Nebraska State Patrol is leading the investigation.
