Nebraska legislature to look at tax reform

The Nebraska Legislature will likely have several tax reform proposals before it when they convene in January, including income and the inheritance tax. Farm Bureau President Steve Nelson says property tax relief and reform need to be part of the mix. Water management of Nebraska’s water resources could be a hot topic as well as Nelson says the ongoing drought has created challenges in that area. The Nebraska Farm Bureau is wrapping up their annual conference today.
